How I work
I work from an integrative and client-centered theoretical lens. Essentially, what that means is that I hold your strengths, experiences, and orientation to the world as adaptive and powerful. Together we will explore a variety of therapeutic interventions to meet your goals and engage more fully with the world around you. I hope to create a space where you feel seen as a whole and can develop a deeper relationship with all parts of you. I want you to know that there are reasons for your pain, and beauty in your survival and resilience… and most of all, that you have the power within to change.
What brought me here
My own experiences in various professional roles - from Gymnastics Coach to Non-Profit Leadership has brought me to a career in Psychotherapy and Coaching. I have seen so many people I care about struggle with finding sustainability in their lives, managing stress in high stakes work environments, connecting with their loved ones, managing volatile relationships, and leaning on coping skills that aren’t serving them; all without trusted and caring mental health support. I’m honored to be witness to your story and committed to supporting you in creating a sense of balance that works for you.
