What is Group Therapy? Is it right for me?
Group Therapy is a small group of people coming together to intentionally focus on a shared topic or experience. Group therapy can either be used in addition to your individual therapy sessions or as a standalone service. Our groups are facilitated by highly trained and experienced clinicians and are constructed under the supervision and consultation of an expert in the subject matter.
All groups are held virtually.
